Wonderful Roman Cuisine
A pleasant, cosy restaurant with a very friendly staff. We had the two classic Roman dishes - Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepi and the Spaghetti a la Carbonara - and they were both superb. Complimentary bruschetta at the start and Limoncello at the end. With the antipasti and wine the bill was much less than we expected - especially for this quality. Highly recommended.

The only restaurant in our trip that we went back to again!
Great food, great atmosphere, great staff. As the title says, we went back to the restaurant after a great experience the first time around. Not touristy, had a real good local feel to it.

Al Viminale è un ristorante gestito da due persone affabili, oltre ad una cantina di vini e una cantina di liquori super valida, al Viminale si può godere di una cucina romana con qualche variazione di ottima fattura.
Fate consigliare dalla proprietaria per la scelta degli antipasti, vi sorprenderà con portate particolari e di ottima fattura.
Buoni i primi, vi consiglio la loro versione della Gricia , ottimi i carciofi cucinati in diverse maniere.
Ottima la carne e ottimi i contorni soprattutto quelli di stagione , ho mangiato dei porcini fantastici.
Per chi si trova in zona via Nazionale e zona centro è sicuramente un posto da non perdere.

Restaurant italien typique. Nous avons pris des gnocchis et des pâtes a la carbonara. C’était excellent. On a beaucoup aimé.

Great experience!
We visited this restaurant on our final night in Rome and I wish we had found this place earlier! Food and wine were amazing This restaurant is a must visit - absolutely brilliant service from the friendliest staff and owners. Also, the location is great!

Abbiamo trascorso una serata piacevolissima all interno di questo ristorante sia per i proprietari super gentili che ti fanno sentire a casa che per i suoi piatti . Consiglio il carciofo alla giudia e insalata di carciofo con rucola e parmigiano . Tutto squisito .❤️

Great food and costumer service. This is the best restaurant with typical Italian food in Rome. The gnocchi is highly recommended. The staffs are lovely. Thank you Al Viminale, for providing us the best experience in Rome. We looking forward for being here again soon.
You gotta try sea food there. We ordered sea bream fileto and calamary then indulged with the freshness of the fish and doubled the pleasure with red wine. People who works at the restaurant are family, they are very welcoming and kind. Sending my thanks to those people for the great service.

Pleasant and warm ambience, with fantastic and delicious traditional Italian food. Maria and Luigi are great hosts, we felt extremely welcome as their guests. We wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful restaurant.
